Friday, March 16

Here we are in the middle of March, soaking up the sun and squeezing in as much time in our ski boots as possible.  JC is taking advantage of the safer snow quality, skiing southern and western slopes with firmed up corn snow, Telluride to Ophir on Wendesday, Campbell Peak on Thursday and Ballard today.  I have worked it out with work that I can leave at 3pm today, skiing until the new daylight savings closing time of 5pm, back down to town.

TriCo is playing at the Sherbino Theatre in Ridgway tonight, a benefit for the Theatre, so we will have a fun evening in our neighbor community, then launch ourselves into our usual winter weekend routine of skiing and yoga and pigging out in between.

My laptop hard drive died and we are getting a Mac!!  Probably another week or so before I am dailed in at home and don't have to sneak some time on the work computers to write.

Open to suggestions about Mac purchases - we are stopping by a store to look at some and find the best size (we don't need a large one) and gigs and all that stuff that just sounds vaguely French when I hear it.
